Services
Logo Pixa provides logo-related design services. Service details, pricing, revisions, and delivery times may vary depending on the selected package or custom agreement.
Orders and Payment
All orders require full upfront payment before work begins.
We currently accept payment through Cryptomus.
No work will begin until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Revisions
Revisions are limited according to the selected package:
Basic Plan: 1 revision
Standard Plan: 3 revisions
Premium Plan: 6 revisions
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the selected concept or delivered design. A completely new concept, major redesign, or change in the original direction may be treated as a new order or additional service.
Delivery Time
Our standard turnaround time is 12 to 24 hours, unless otherwise stated for a specific service or due to project complexity.
Delivery time starts only after:
full payment is received
all required project details are provided by the client
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Logo Pixa are final and non-refundable.
Because our services involve custom creative work and time-based digital labor, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing:
accurate project details
correct spelling, text, and instructions
timely feedback and revision requests
Delays in communication or incomplete information may affect turnaround time.
Ownership
Full ownership rights to the final approved design are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.
Logo Pixa retains ownership of:
unused concepts
rejected drafts
preliminary ideas
portfolio presentation rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Portfolio Rights
Logo Pixa reserves the right to display completed work, concepts, and project previews in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials.
Prohibited Use and Restricted Services
Clients may not use our website or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate activities.
Logo Pixa does not provide design services for projects related to:
adult or sexual content
pornography-related businesses
escort or explicit services
bars, beer, liquor, or alcohol-related businesses
gambling-related businesses
illegal or restricted products or services
hateful, offensive, violent, or abusive content
any business, product, or service that we consider unsuitable for our brand
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order that we believe falls into these categories or otherwise conflicts with our business values, service standards, or brand direction.
Limitation of Liability
Logo Pixa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, website, or deliverables.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Changes to Services or Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of our services or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
