Refund Policy

At Logo Pixa, all payments are non-refundable.

Because we provide custom digital design services and begin work based on the client’s brief, time, and creative effort, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.

No Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind

  • delay in client response

  • incorrect information provided by the client

  • dissatisfaction after concepts or revisions have been delivered

  • completed or partially completed custom work

Revisions Instead of Refunds

Each package includes a fixed number of revisions:

  • Basic Plan: 1 revision

  • Standard Plan: 3 revisions

  • Premium Plan: 6 revisions

We encourage clients to use their revision rounds to refine the design based on the original brief.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing details carefully before payment and for providing a clear and accurate project brief.
